It was a weekend full of adrenaline and challenges for MS Munaretto’s drivers, who delivered standout performances in both CIRT and CRZ3. Mille Johansson confirmed his status as one of the most promising young talents, claiming the Under 25 class victory in the second round of the CIRT alongside co-driver Johan Grönvall. Behind the wheel of the MS Munaretto Skoda Fabia RS Rally2, Johansson delivered a consistent performance, highlighted by an impressive stage win on SS3, “Sarteano” – a 7-kilometer timed challenge where he set the pace.
Luca Hoelbling, after a difficult opening day, put on a show with a remarkable comeback, finishing inside the top ten. The driver from Verona, partnered with Federico Fiorini, once again demonstrated his ability to handle pressure in crucial moments and strategically manage his energy, attacking when it mattered most.
A steady performance from brothers Massimo and Giovanni Squarcialupi saw them maintain a consistent pace throughout the rally in their Skoda Fabia Evo. They pushed hard on SS10, the final stage of the weekend, to solidify their position.
Misfortune struck Alessandro Taddei, who was delivering a solid rally until he went off the road in the last stage on Saturday, losing precious minutes. As a result, Sunday turned into a day of pure enjoyment for the driver from Trentino and his co-driver Andrea Gaspari, with no further chance to fight for the top spots.
A bitter ending also for Marco Griso and Alessandro Lucato, who were forced to retire due to a mechanical issue during SS7, just as they were battling to improve their position.
Riccardo Pederzani delivered an excellent performance at the Rally delle Prealpi Orobiche, narrowly missing the podium and securing fourth place overall. The young talent, once again co-driven by the trusted Martina Omacini, confirmed his skill among the tarmac specialists, demonstrating consistency and speed on a highly selective course.
