Two Skoda crews set to kick off the CIRT season
A weekend of new challenges and confirmations awaits MS Munaretto as the team heads to Foligno.
At the Rally Città di Foligno, which is opening round of the Italian Gravel Rally Championship, the highly anticipated Mille Johannson, reigning European Junior Champion, will make his debut with the Škoda Fabia RS Rally2.
This follows his impressive stage times at the Rally del Brunello in late 2024—performances that caught the attention of tire manufacturer Hankook, the exclusive supplier of the WRC.
The Korean giant will equip the young Swede’s car, as he once again teams up with Johan Grönvall and takes on the challenge with number 21 on the doors, aiming for a strong result.
With number 26, Massimo and Giovanni Squarcialupi continue their learning journey with the EVO version of the Bohemian car, building on the positive sensations they experienced at the Rally Valle del Tevere.
The fourth edition of the event, organized by PRS Group in collaboration with the municipalities of Foligno and Nocera Umbra, features three special stages to be repeated three times. The route, unchanged from 2024, covers a total of 76 competitive kilometers within a 286 km itinerary through the enchanting Umbrian valleys.
